Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025. These terms apply to the Stores24x7 90-day website evaluation program for Canadian businesses.
What the 90-day evaluation includes
During your evaluation, Stores24x7 builds a professional website preview for your business based on the plan you selected. You receive access to a live preview URL, up to two rounds of revisions, and time to review the site before deciding whether to subscribe. No payment method is required to start the evaluation.
What happens at Day 90
At the end of your 90-day evaluation period, your preview website will remain accessible for an additional 30 days. During this window, you may choose to subscribe to keep your website live. Subscription requires active payment through our secure checkout. If no subscription is made within 30 days after the evaluation ends, your preview website will be archived and permanently removed.
Who owns what
You own your business content — including your logo, photos, written copy, and business information. You also retain ownership of any domain you register or already own. Stores24x7 owns the website system, platform infrastructure, templates, and underlying technology used to build and host your preview.
Domain ownership
You retain full ownership of any domain you own or register. Stores24x7 does not take ownership of your domain at any time. We only help point your domain to your website after you subscribe.
Revision limits
Each evaluation includes up to two rounds of revisions on your website content and layout. Additional revision rounds beyond this limit are available as a paid add-on if you choose to subscribe.
What is not included
Unless explicitly stated in your plan, the following are not included: paid advertising spend, domain registration fees, stock photography licensing, SMS messaging, call tracking services, and third-party integrations. These may be discussed separately if you choose to subscribe.
No guarantees
Stores24x7 does not guarantee specific results from your website, including traffic, search rankings, leads, or revenue. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, and how you use the site after launch.
Cancellation
You may cancel your evaluation at any time before Day 90 with no charge. After your customer dashboard launches (Phase 2), you can cancel from your account. Until then, email us at team@stores24x7.com to request cancellation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
